Oak Ridge Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement. Eligible employees may enroll in benefit coverage as a new hire or during the annual open enrollment periods. Mid-year changes are only allowed if one experiences a qualifying life event (marriage, divorce, acquisition of a dependent, loss of coverage, etc.).
