In addition to the completed online application, you must also attach the following documents to the résumé page to be considered for employment.
- Copies of College Transcripts – Copies of college transcripts are required. Official transcripts are required upon employment.

If you have not received your Tennessee license, please indicate the date you applied for your Tennessee license. If you have not yet applied, you may do so by clicking on this link: Tennessee State Licensing.
- Reference Forms – Names of your references are required to be submitted as part of the application. You may attach reference letter(s) if you wish.
Beginning in February of 2017, applicants for teaching positions must also complete the Educator’s Professional Inventory (EPI) in order for their application to receive consideration. This hiring tool, developed by TeacherMatch in collaboration with a research consortium of universities, educational non-profits and experts in predictive analytics and psychometrics, predicts a teacher’s ability to impact student academic growth. The EPI is a profile survey that will take 45 to 90 minutes and will ask applicants to respond to questions assessing teaching skills, attitudes and cognitive ability. Principals receive EPI results as part of an applicant’s hiring profile.
Your electronic application will be kept active in our system for one (1) year from the date you last submitted and/or updated your application. Be sure to keep your online application updated as you gain additional experience or education or wish to modify your personal information or references.
