Southern Appalachian Science and Engineering Fair

Seven research students from ORHS competed in the 66th Annual Southern Appalachian Science and Engineering Fair hosted at the University of Tennessee. The competition was held March 27-30 with the awards ceremony on Thursday evening. There were 55 Senior Division projects in competition.

Forensic Odontological STEM Activities for SECME

Collaboration with Oak Ridge Schools SECME, Men of Tomorrow, and PEER( Program for Excellence & Equity in Research) allowed students to experience forensic odontological activities using procedures from CSI to identify potential suspects using their teeth bite marks.
