Woodland students had a blast celebrating Read Across America! Read Across America takes place on March 2nd, but we prefer to celebrate more than just one day! This year it fell during the middle of our STEM recertification, so we celebrated on March 2nd, and then we celebrated some more the following week!
On Tuesday March 2nd, we celebrated Read Across America by having students bring their favorite book to share with their classes. The following week we had even more fun with Red & Blue Day, Favorite Characters Day, Cat in the Hat Day, and a Pajama Day. It was a great way to end our 3rd grading period!
