On Saturday, December 7th, Woodland’s FIRST Lego League Teams competed in the Secret City Qualifier at Oak Ridge High School. Our 2 teams have been preparing since August for this competition, and they did an amazing job!

The teams competed in 4 areas: Robot Performance, Project Presentation, Core Values, and Robot Design. Our 4th graders competed with 12 other teams across the area.

Each team had to present and answer questions from judges in 3 different rooms, as well as show off their programming skills for Robot Performance. We are so proud of our team members. They have worked so hard over the past few months in preparing for this competition, and they brought home 3 team trophies to add to the Woodland trophy case at the front of the school!
