The Family Services staff is available to assist Preschool families in assuming an active role in their child’s education and meeting family goals that will provide a home environment that nurtures individual growth. They serve as a link between home, school and the resources of our community. Specific services include:
- Help families meet short-term and long-term needs
- Access community resources through information, referral, advocacy
- Coordinate emergency assistance as needed
- Help interpreting during meetings as needed
- Translation of documents related to school
- Help families meet short-term and long-term needs

- Facilitate interaction among families to develop a community of mutual support
- Workshops on parenting skills and other topics of interest, presented by experts in child development, discipline, nutrition, child safety and other topics

- Parent Handbook

- Dental, vision, and hearing screenings
- Coordination of medical and dental services for students as needed
- Food for Kids-Packets of nutritious weekend snacks provided by 2nd Harvest Food Bank to families in need
