JMS Parents & Guardians,
We hope this message finds you and your families well. If your student has medication in the clinic at Jefferson Middle School and you are in need of this medication, we would like to provide an opportunity for you to pick up the medication.
Parents can come to the school on April 1st and April 2nd between 10:00am -1:00pm. We will be practicing CDC Guidelines as we return the medication, as the safety and health of our students, families and staff are always number one priority. Please drive to one of the front loops of the school, remain in your car, and the medication will be brought to you.
So we are able to anticipate the number of people picking up medication and have it ready for you, please email the school nurse, Sharon Cousins at secousins@ortn.edu or call the Dean of Students, Jen Laurendine at 865-338-2904 and give your student’s name and estimated time and date you plan to be at the school.
Again, we will be sure to use safety protocol and precautions as we return medications to you.
