STUDENT INFO

 

Hey Wildcats! Today, October 28th, marks the fourth day of Spirit Week! Today is Hawaiian  Day, make sure to take a picture and tag us on instagram @orhs_stuco! Tomorrow, October 29th is Wildcat Pride Day! Also a friendly reminder, door decorations will be judged on TODAY,  after school. ALL GRADES: Do not forget to vote during school Tomorrow, October 29th for who you want to win Homecoming King and Queen. (Th) – A. Wagner

 

Attn: AP Students:  We will begin taking payments for AP exams this week, Monday through Friday in the main lobby during lunch.

 

  • Please make checks payable to Oak Ridge High School and put the student name and exam(s) name on the Memo line of the check.
  • Exams are $96/exam. The Seminar and Research exams are $144/exam.
  • If you are taking 4 or more exams, you get a discount! The first three exams are full price. The fourth and subsequent exams will be $40/exam.
  • If you qualify for free or reduced meals the exams are $40/exam.
  • If you do not wish to pay the full amount at this time, you can reserve an exam with a $40 down payment per exam and pay the full balance in the Spring Semester.
  • There is a $40 fee for all returned exams

 

Class Rings and Graduation Supplies: Jostens will take orders for both in the Main Lobby and the Arena Concessions’ Kiosk on Tuesday, November 2, during lunch only. Please turn in your order to the Jostens representative at either location during 3rd period lunch. Any student needing a class ring or graduation supplies packet should see Mrs. Ledden in CS347. $60 deposit required for both graduation supply orders and class ring orders. Any student can order a class ring—you do not have to be a senior! (10/27-10/29) T. Ledden

 

ORHS Students, join us for Wildcats Give Back day, November 20. We will be raking yards of Oak Ridge Families who need an extra hand this fall.  Permission slips can be picked up in the counseling office. CLUB INFO

 

F.C.A., Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will meet at 7:10 tomorrow morning at Providence House across the street from the arena parking lot.  The speaker will be Robert Sch mmer from Central Baptist Church, and, as always, there will be donuts, chicken biscuits and chocolate milk.  All are welcome. SENIOR INFO

 

Seniors: if you did not receive a Jostens graduation supplies packet before the senior class picture, please pick one up from Mrs. Ledden in CS347. Every senior will need to order a cap & gown set this year since you will be the first graduating class to wear the new custom gown. (10/27-10/29) – T. Ledden

 

Seniors: artwork submissions for the Class of 2022 Senior Signature Shirt are due tomorrow. Please give your designs to Mrs. Ledden in CS347 by Noon on Friday, October 29. (10/28) – T. Ledden
