IRC will meet and eat on Thursday, December 6th in Combined Studies room. Join us for lively debate and discussion concerning worldly events. We are registering to compete for Volmun at UTK in February. We need you to prepare to best the considerable competition from East Tennessee.

Join Philosophy Club after school on Friday in Mr. Pickering’s room (LC322) for an introduction to the 2019 Ethics Bowl cases by special guest Jordan Baker from the Philosophy Department at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. SENIOR INFO
Josten’s will be located in the Main Lobby during lunch only today to take orders for graduation supplies and class rings. Seniors who have not ordered graduation supplies should turn in their orders. After today, orders may be mailed to Jostens, phoned in, or ordered online. The final date to place an on-time order and avoid increased prices (double) for graduation supplies is Monday, December 10, 2018. As a reminder, Mrs. Ledden does not accept orders.
COUNSELING INFO
The Boys and Girls Club is looking for 11th and 12th graders who would be interested in volunteering as tutors. Students applicants need to be responsible and willing to help with reading, writing, math and science. ATHLETICS THIS WEEK
Students and their parents interested in learning more about the ORHS tennis program should attend one of two December meetings. Both meetings will share identical information for students and parents and both meetings will be held in our Amphitheater. The coaches will share their plans for the 2019 season on Tuesday December 4th from 4-5:00 and Thursday December 6th from 6-7:00. (Tu) – D. Bowman
