Spring Break 2019 in England, France, Belgium, and Germany! To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the continent in WWII, we are leading educational tour to Europe. Visit 4 countries as we trace the path of the allied forces across the English Channel to the D-Day beaches of France, on to the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium, and finally into Germany and the liberation of the Dachau concentration camp. Join us on Thursday, August 23 at 6:30 PM in the ORHS Amphitheater for an interest meeting or see Mr. Pickering in LC322 for more info. (Th) – A. Pickering

Do you need reliable high speed internet at your house???  Sprint has provided 300 hot spot devices for students free of charge.  If you are in need of internet because your internet is unreliable or you don’t have it, please come to the Main Office to pick up the letter and signup!  (8/15-8/24 MWF) – S. Attention CLASS OF 2020:

Do you want to leave your mark on ORHS?  Do you want to leave Wildcat nation better than we found it in 2016?  Mrs. Thompson is forming a Principal’s Advisory Team of students from the class of 2020 to meet with her once a month to problem solve challenges facing our school.  If you would like to be a part of this team and have lunch together once a month having honest dialogue, please fill out a the form in your Skyward account or the Google form in your email.  (8/20-8/24) – S. Thompson

Super exciting news!  Your library now has two black and white printers and two color printers.  Two important things to remember:  to print in color, you MUST choose SECURE_PRINT_COLOR.  Also, once you scan your badge at a reader, the print job is gone, even if it doesn’t print.  So if you scan your badge at a printer that isn’t printing for some reason, like if it is out of paper, you’ll need to print it again before scanning your badge at a printer that is working.  (8/20, 8/22, 8/24) – C. Milloway

Come to the Auto Tech room in G-Building on Thursday, August 30, from 3:30-5:00, and learn all this and more from ORHS’s Mr. Ladue. All ORHS seniors are welcome.
