TONIGHT is Freshmen Night for the home opener game against Karns.   Freshmen – bring your badges and you can get in to the game for free. Boys JV game starts @ 4:30. Girls Varsity@ 6:30 and Boys Varsity @ 7:30.   Sophomores – don’t fret – your night is coming up next year, which is only a month away at the January 5th game against Knox Central.   Juniors – January 9th and Seniors – January 16th against Powell. Musical Audition are next week:   December 11 and 12. If you are interested in auditioning for the timeless musical, The Music Man, go to the Masquers Information Board outside Mr. Moreno’s classroom LC 215.  There you will find information for what you will need to prepare for the audition.  Feel free to talk to Mr. Moreno or Mr. Fowler if you have any questions.  (12/4-12/6) – V. Josten’s will located in the Main Lobby and Arena Concessions’ Kiosk during lunch only today to take orders for graduation supplies and class rings. Seniors who have not ordered graduation supplies should turn in their orders. After today, orders may be mailed to Jostens, phoned in, or ordered online. The final date to place an on-time order and avoid increased prices (double) for graduation supplies is Tuesday, December 19, 2017. (12/5) – T. Ledden

COUNSELING INFO

The National Youth Science Camp is a residential science education program for young STEM enthusiasts the summer after they graduate from high school. Students from around the country are challenged academically in exciting lectures and hands-on studies, and have voluntary opportunities to participate in an outdoor adventure program, gain a new and deep appreciation for the great outdoors, and establish friendships that last a lifetime.  ATHLETICS THIS WEEK

Did you miss getting your Student Athletic Pass for the year?  You can still get one and for a deal.  Only $45 and you don’t have to buy a ticket to any home season event for the rest of the year. Track and Field Conditioning continues on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30-5:00 PM. Any ORHS student may join unless you’re currently playing basketball or swimming. You must have a current ORHS sports physical. Dress to go outside: we go outside all winter regardless of weather.(Tu) – 12.5
