STUDENT INFO
Attention all 9th – 11th graders, you may now access registration information for next school year on your grade level Canvas page. Complete your registration form with your parent/guardian and self-select your courses in Skyward through the end of the week. You will be called to the Amphitheater to meet with your counselor next week to review your course selections. You must turn in your signed registration sheet to your counselor at that time. Be sure to refer to your grade level Canvas page for more detailed information. This information has also been shared via Parent Square.
A fire can breakout with little or no warning. The more prepared you are, the safer you will be. Smoke detectors should be located on every floor of your home and near all places that you and your family sleep. Smoke detector batteries should be changed on a regular basis.
Business students who are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have had Accounting, please see Mrs. Ledden in CS347 if you are interested in a possible part-time job opportunity.
It’s that time of year…Prom Season!! Prom will take place at Oak Ridge High School in the Wildcat Arena on Saturday, April 26, from 7:30-11:00 pm. Prom tickets will be on sale for TWO WEEKS ONLY! You must pay with CASH or CHECK, NO CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Tickets are non-refundable. If you buy your tickets early, you will get an Early Bird Discount!
The prom board will be selling tickets in the concession stand outside of the Wildcat Arena during third block to JUNIOR AND SENIOR STUDENTS ONLY. No freshman or sophomore students will be allowed to purchase a ticket.

Early bird: $40.00/person // Tuesday April 1st – Friday April 3rd
Final Sale: $50.00/person // Monday April 21st – Thursday April 24th
SENIORS
Seniors: The time has come to select speakers for the ORHS Class of 2025 Graduation and Convocation ceremonies. Tryouts will be virtual this year. For specific information about how to audition, please visit the Class of 2025 Canvas page and find the announcement regarding tryouts. The deadline to upload a submission to Canvas is April 4 at 3:00 p.m
Female Seniors – the P.E.O. Chapter R Women Advancing Women Scholarship applications are now available. You can pick one up in the Counseling Office. This scholarship is for $1,000-$2,500, with priority give to a student in the Anderson County area. The deadline for submission is March 29th. Stop by the Counseling Office to pick up your application today!
Seniors: make plans to pick up your graduation supplies including your cap & gown set in CS347 during lunch on Wednesday, April 2.
Seniors: if you are interested in a senior signature t-shirt, sweatshirt, or sweatpants, please see Mrs. Ledden in CS347. There are few various items available

ATHLETICS
The Lady Wildcats will host the Sevier County Bearettes on Saturday for the Sectional Play-off game @ 7:00 here in the Wildcat Arena.
The Wildcats will play on Monday night @ 7:00 for the Sectional play-off game @ 7:00 – Location to be determined.
