STUDENT INFO
Thank a teacher, win a pie. Come to the library to write a thankful notecard to a teacher as your entry to win. Both you and the teacher will go home with a pie just before Thanksgiving. The last day to enter is Friday, November 22. Gratitude was never so delicious
Student Council is currently collecting donations for the Giving Tree fundraiser. All proceeds go towards Christmas gifts for Oak Ridge youths in need. This year they have made this a contest between grades with the winning grade duct taping two teachers to a wall this coming Friday. Freshmen are represented by Mr. Pavinich and Mr. Branson, Sophomores are represented by Ms. Fowler and Mr. Jarnigan, Juniors are represented by Mr. Sauer and Mr. Kolodney, and Seniors are represented by Mr. Froning and Mrs. Haynes. Come to the cafeteria this week during your lunch period to donate and vote with your dollars!

As of now, the only parking spaces available at Central Baptist Church will be in the front lot on the left side of the church closest to Highland View Church. The other lot will be blocked for church parking only.
SENIORS
Seniors: If you have not ordered your cap & gown set, the final day to place an on-time, online order for the cap, gown, and tassel set is Saturday, December 14th. Jostens will return on Friday, December 6th, to take in-person orders with cash or card during lunch only. After December 14th, your cost will increase $20. Currently, the cost of the set including tax and shipping is $57.85. Contact Mrs. Ledden (tledden@ortn.edu) in CS347 if you have questions.
Seniors who did not pick up items previously ordered from Jostens on November 14 should plan to pick them up during lunch on Friday, December 6, in the Main Lobby from the Jostens rep.

Diversity club will meet in the library on Monday, 11/25 and then head outside for chalk sidewalk art. Come and bring a friend!

ATHLETICS
Tryouts for Boys Soccer will be held on December 2nd, 5th, 9th, and 12th from 4-5:30. Player check-in is at 3:45 each day. Please check your email for required paperwork before attending tryouts. Don’t forget to bring water!
