Oak Ridge High School Daily Bulletin

STUDENT INFO

Please do not park on the yellow lined “field” on the food court/front of school parking lot. It is located on the side closest to the turnpike. This is the WildBand practice field on campus. Thanks!  M. Spirko

Each student parking a vehicle on campus must come to the office to pick up a parking tag.  These tags are free of charge, and if one is not displayed, you run the risk of your car being towed.  Also, all cars must be parked in a parking space, not on the stripes or handicapped parking spots.  The first row of parking in front of Secret City Academy and Wildcat Arena is reserved for staff members.  Failure to park properly will result in your car being towed from campus.  – D. Hawkins

Parking Spot Painting applications are now open, and they are available in room LC311 and on the Wildcat Canvas Hangout page. All applications and payments are due by August 9th. All information can be found on the application itself so grab one soon! (M-F 8/2) A. Wagner

If you are enrolled in Wildcat Scholars 11 in the spring semester, see Mrs. Franco to pick up a permission slip for the UTK field trip. J. Schoolcraft

CLUB INFO

If you’re looking for a club to join this year, consider the Interact Club.  We have a ton of fun and volunteer in the community.  Our first meeting will be Aug 5 after school until 4pm in the amphitheater.  A. King

When you watch game shows, are you always trying to answer the questions on screen? Do you feel like you can compete just as well as the people on Jeopardy, Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Wheel of Fortune? If this describes you, come to Quiz Bowl in Mr. Jarnigan’s room! Hosted on Mondays and Thursdays, we have a fun and inviting club that will hone your trivia knowledge and skills to compete in competitions against other schools, whilst also having fun and hopefully providing a great learning experience. We are always looking for new members. We hope to see you there!  – P. Jarnigan

7/31 ¡Hola¡ Spanish club will have its first meeting Monday on August 5th immediately after school in LC 304 Señora Franco’s room.  – E. Franco

Diversity Club, GSTA – whatever you call us, we’re here for you and we’re meeting in the library on Tuesday, 8/6, right after school. Come say hello and help us plan the year.  – C. Milloway
