STUDENT INFO

Have you ever wanted to perform on stage or help backstage with Masquers? Atomic Acts is our last show of the year, performing scenes and improv. We have openings for actors, directors, technical/backstage crew, and improvisers. Our interest meeting for our April 18th show will take place right after school on Wednesday, February 14th in the auditorium. The audition will take place right after the informational meeting. Tickets are on sale now for the Masquer’s Spring Musical, Anastasia, a captivating tale of adventure, romance, and self-discovery set against the backdrop of the Russian Empire. Pre-sale tickets are $10 and are available online at orhsmasquers.booktix.com or from the Masquers cast and crew until February 23rd. Tickets at the door will be $15, so get your tickets today!  T. AP EXAMS – We will be taking payments for AP exams during lunch in the lobby from

February 26th-March 1st.

• This year AP exams are $98/exam. AP Seminar and Research exams are $145/exam.
• If you are taking more than three exams, your fourth and subsequent exams will be $40/exam.
• If you qualify for free or reduced lunch your exams are $15/exam.
• Please make checks payable to Oak Ridge High School and put student’s name on the memo line of the check.

COUNSELING INFO

Seniors – The East Tennessee Foundation Scholarship deadline has been extended to March 1.  And  if your FAFSA has not been processed, they can leave those fields blank on the application. Students who do not upload FAFSA information will not be penalized in the scholarship awarding process.  These scholarships are specifically for students in our area!!  The link to apply can be found on the Counseling Office Scholarship Page.  A. ATHLETICS

The 2024 District 3 4A Tournament begins next week @ Central High School in Knoxville.

Oak Ridge Girls will play on Thursday, 2/15 @ 6:00 and then again on Monday, 2/19.  Time TBD

Oak Ridge Boys will play on Friday, 2/16 @ 6:00 and then again on Tuesday, 2/20. Time TBD  T. Seals

Tryouts for Tennis Teams begin TODAY, February 12^th from 3:30 to 4:30 on the ORHS Courts.  A Sports Physical Form must be on in order to try out. We hope to see you there! (M,W,F 2/12) D. Bowman
