STUDENT INFO

Don’t forget, between now and January 31, 2024, Oak Ridge students can submit artwork for ORNL Federal Credit Union’s Community Art & Mural Program competition. The competition allows for local school students to submit artwork for a chance to not only have their design recreated on a large scale, public platform, but to win a $100 cash prize for the student (or team) and a $500 cash prize for their school’s art programs. The subject matter for the mural should capture the idea of “new beginnings.”  S. Thompson

SENIOR INFO

Seniors, please stop by CS328 and the yearbook display case and check your photo and name to make sure they are how you would like them listed. If you have a preferred name, we can only print it if it is your preferred name in Skyward as well or with direct parent permission. You will have until Tuesday, January 16, at the end of the school day TODAY to make corrections with Ms. Hale.

Seniors, now is the time to submit your senior quotes and memories for the yearbook. From January 8 through January 19 at 3:07, you may use the Skyward link to submit your senior quotes and memories. The word limit for each is 80 words and remember that any and all quotes and memories are subject to exclusion based on decency, content, and school appropriateness. Should your quote be determined to be inappropriate, you will NOT be notified and given the opportunity to resubmit, so please make sure it is in good taste and appropriate the FIRST time you enter it. Any quotes that are not from individual seniors must be credited to the authors of the quotes. After the deadline, no more submissions will be accepted. R. Hale
