STUDENT INFO
Attention all Sophomores and Juniors! The PSAT/NMSQT is an OPTIONAL Practice SAT test that will be offered to 10th and 11th graders here at ORHS on Tuesday, October 24th at 7:50am. The test should end by 1:00pm, and lunch will be available in the food court for students who took the test.
**Online registration and fee payment will run 8/28 through 9/8
**The cost is $18. No refunds are available if you don’t take the test.
**A limited number of exams are available. Please sign up by the September 8th deadline. J. Milligan
Student Council and Wildcats for Change will be hosting a Club Fair on August 30, 2023 in the cafeteria. Bus riders will be able to visit the Fair at 1:30pm and the fair will stay open until 3pm. Kona Ice will also be on-site. Come out and see all the clubs ORHS has to offer! A. King
The Cross-Country team is hosting their annual pancake breakfast tomorrow, Saturday, August 26th at Aubrey’s from 8 to 10 AM. Tickets are only $5. Come out and support our Cross-Country team and have a delicious breakfast! T. Wright
The Student Council Hoedown Throwdown has been postponed due to extreme heat. We look forward to line dancing with everyone once the temperatures cool down a bit. Be on the lookout for more info soon. A. Wagner
The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple-aptitude battery that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military. This test will be administered Wednesday, Sept. 6th beginning at 8:00 a.m. (Students are responsible for any classwork missed.) Seating is limited, so please sign up as soon as possible. Reminders to all Juniors and Seniors who have the privilege of off-campus lunch. St. Mary’s serves lunch every Monday for students. First United Methodist serves lunch every Thursday. Eat lunch for a fraction of the cost of fast food! S. Thompson

Hello everybody! Are you interested in hosting a German Exchange Student? Would you like to show that student what it means to be a teenager in Oak Ridge? Take the student to school, to lunch, to your afternoon activities, watch TV with them, play Videogames,…? Welcome that student into your group of friends as an additional “player”? The YuGi-Oh! Club will meet in CS 235 after school TODAY, Friday, August 25. All ORHS student are welcome to attend. Bring your cards and be ready to duel until 4:30. Please make sure you have a ride home afterwards. R. Colquitt

This pass will give you access to every home Football / Soccer / Volleyball / Basketball / Baseball / Softball / Track event.
