The Cultured Pearls of the Secret City Foundation (CPSC) announces the biennial Debutante Ball and Presentation for school year 2023 – 2024. CPSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2018 with the mission of promoting education. One of the focus areas is promoting social graces, health awareness, self-awareness, and civic responsibility among high school 11th and 12th graded young ladies. CPSC is the affiliate foundation of the Oak Ridge Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Have you ever been interested in being a part of Masquers, but don’t know where to start? Or are you looking for a chance to work on your acting, singing, or dancing? Masquers is sponsoring a FREE THEATRE WORKSHOP from 1-5pm on June 5-9 in the ORHS Auditorium! We will have a show on Friday, June 9th at 5:30pm to show off what we learned. COUNSELING INFO
The ACT Student Score Reports from the April (in school) ACT exam have arrived. If you took that exam, you can pick up your score report from Ms. O’Rourke in the Counseling Office.

Girls Basketball Tryouts will be held beginning TODAY, May 22nd and Tuesday May 23rd from 3:30 – 5:30 after school. If you are interested in playing on the girls basketball team you should be at both tryouts. If you have questions, please see Coach Taylor. P. Taylor
Any current freshmen, sophomore or junior that’s interested in trying out for the boys’ ORHS JV or Varsity team for next season needs to attend tryouts beginning TODAY, Monday, May 22 and Tuesday, May 23 from 3:20-5:20.
