Do you want your artwork to grace the cover of the Convocation program this year?  Submit your artwork representing the graduating spirit of the Class of 2023 to Miss Toler by the end of the week.  You don’t have to be a senior to enter! D. Toler

Mr. Feuer will offer AP Lit Exam review in CS 319 during 3rd period (12:10-1:06) Tuesday, 04/18, and (11:00-11:59) Thursday, 04/20. More will follow if participation warrants additional sessions. M. Feuer

TODAY, Wednesday, Kona Ice will be parked in the front of the building at the end of the day.  Students can purchase from the truck.  Some of the proceeds will be donated to Wildcats for Change for the Back-to-School Bash. A. King

Juniors and Seniors do you want to help choose the playlist at Prom 2023? Please use the form found in your school email to suggest up to 6 songs to be included on our playlist. Please be sure to include the title and artist and remember that the music will be “radio edit” versions and that we must include music from many genres in order to have as many students represented as possible. Attention students, faculty, and staff: Friday, April 21 (8 am – 2 pm) will be our next Medic Blood Drive. Students ages 16 or older may donate, however, students who are 16 must have parent/guardian permission. See Mrs. Minarik or Mrs. Pointer for the permission slips and/or to sign up. Students who have expressed interest in learning to cook, we have our first official cooking class with Aramark Chef Eric available for you on Friday, May 5 from 3:15 – 5:15 in our own cafeteria.

Please check your calendars now and make plans to attend.

CLUB INFO

The ORHS Environmental Club is hosting a booth at the Jackson Square Farmers Market on Earth Day, Saturday April 22. The club needs quality clothing donations and volunteers to sew repurposed tote bags. If you have clothing to donate or like to sew, please help by joining us! Donations can be dropped off in LC107. SENIOR INFO

Seniors who are waiting for replacement cap & gown sets: Mrs. Ledden has some sets in various sizes that can be checked out to use for pictures if you need a set immediately. Jostens is working as quickly as possible to remake all the custom gowns that were damaged in transit. Please see Mrs. Ledden in CS347 if you need to check out a gown set for pictures before yours arrives. We should have the sets in approximately 5 business days.  T. Ledden

Seniors: extra tassels ($10 each) and a few extra announcements ($1.35 each) are available on a first-come, first-served basis from Mrs. Ledden in CS347.  T. Ledden

Seniors:  Dress up as your favorite book character or author and join us TODAY, Wednesday, April 19th at 2:15 in the lower food court. Refreshments will be served, entertainment provided, cash door prizes will be given out at various times until ending at 3:30, and gift cards will be given out to winners of best costumes and originality.  Let’s kick off Senior events with this long-running fun tradition!  J.
