If you are a current or spring semester student in Early Childhood Education, we invite you to join our club, FCCLA. Please bring your $14 to Mrs. Sparks in room CS 250 by August 31. Then join us August 31 for the new member breakfast. (8/18,19,25,29) – B. Sparks

Thomas Cox from Young Life and Christ Community Church will bring the message to Fellowship of Christian Athletes tomorrow at 7:10 AM at Providence House, across the street from the Wildcat Arena parking lot.  Donuts and Chick-fil-A, along with a message from Thomas and the Bible, will be provided. The YuGi-Oh! Club will meet in CS 235 after school on Friday, August 19. We will hand out and play cards until 4:30 pm. Make sure you have a ride home! (F) – R. Colquitt

Calling all kings and queens! Homecoming king and queen nominations will be held next Thursday on August 25th.  Seniors will vote for a nominee via skyward during the school day.  Make sure to check up on the spirit week themes through the wildcat mentoring page.  Spirit week will take place September 12th through the 16th.  We hope to see your wildcat pride! If you are interested in giving back to the ORHS community, then you should join the ORHS Key Club! The ORHS Key Club will host its first meeting on Thursday at 3:15 in Mr. Schoolcraft’s room, LC224. We will be electing officers and planning community service projects for the new semester. New members are welcome to join us!! Do you typically scoff when Jeopardy contestants get the wrong answer?  Wish History and English class was less analysis, more memorizing random facts?  Then come to the first meeting of QUIZ BOWL, the premier academic trivia club at ORHS, Thursday, August 25 after school in Mr. Jarnigan’s room, LC321.  Come for the pizza 🍕, stay for the buzzing. FBLA—Future Business Leaders of America is an international organization for students who have an interest in Business. If you have previously taken business classes, are enrolled in business classes now or next semester, or just have an interest in Business, you are invited to come to the first organizational meeting for the 22-23 school year after school on Tuesday, August 23, in CS347.
