STUDENT INFO

The National Honor Society application window for Seniors is from August 15 to September 4.  Please visit the Class of 2023 Canvas Page or the Skyward Message Center for the link to review the criteria and to apply. UPPERCLASSMEN: Do you want to personalize your parking spot?  Please bring your application, design, and payment to the Cheerleading Coaches on Tuesday and Thursday 3:45 pm-7:00 pm at the Wildcat Arena! If your design is approved, you’ll be able to paint your spot on the following painting days.    SENIORS: Saturday, Aug. 20th   JUNIORS: Saturday, Sept. 3^rd (M,W,F)

Nani?!?!?!  What?!?!?! We now have digital access to hundreds of your favorite manga and graphic novels. Come by the library to find out how to access them. (M,W,F) – C. Milloway

Outside food – Students are not allowed to have outside food delivered or bring outside food back into the building upon returning from open campus.  However, drinks are permitted.  (W) – Admin

CLUB INFO

Calling all kings and queens! Homecoming king and queen nominations will be held next Thursday on August 25th.  Seniors will vote for a nominee via skyward during the school day.  Make sure to check up on the spirit week themes through the wildcat mentoring page.  Spirit week will take place September 12th through the 16th.  We hope to see your wildcat pride! If you are interested in giving back to the ORHS community, then you should join the ORHS Key Club! The ORHS Key Club will host its first meeting on Thursday at 3:15 in Mr. Schoolcraft’s room, LC224. We will be electing officers and planning community service projects for the new semester. New members are welcome to join us!! Mu Alpha Theta, the mathematics honors society, will host their first meeting on Friday August 19th during lunch in CS236.  If you enjoy competition and working with others to solve problems please join us!  (M & W) – D. Pickel

Senior Seminar for Parents will now be on Tuesday, August 30th from 6-7 p.m. in the ORHS Amphitheater. If senior parents are unable to attend, all information will also be emailed.
