Oak Ridge High School Daily Bulletin
STUDENT INFO
Students, please remember that you must remain seated in the food court until you are released by the whistle. Additionally, it is your responsibility to clean up after yourselves. There are plenty of garbage cans around the food court so please make sure to not leave any trash behind. (8/3-8/7) – D. Kolodney
Please do not park on the yellow lined “field” on the food court/front of school parking lot. It is located on the side closest to the turnpike. This is the WildBand practice field on campus. Thanks! – M. Hughey
Students: you are REQUIRED to wear your ID badge to school every day. The City of Oak Ridge has provided every student with a badge, a cover, and a lanyard for wearing it to school. Badges are a key card to the building and used to pay for lunch; therefore, it is vital they report it when lost. Students who lose their badge are required to replace it. The cost is $5.00. Given the current state of school safety, this is a requirement. (7/31-8/10 T,Th) – S. Thompson
Students who drive to school: A new parking tag is REQUIRED every year – regardless of whether the car is parked on the street or one of the surrounding churches. Tags this year are GRAY! Please make sure you register your vehicle for a parking tag in Student Services. (7/31-8/10 T, Th) – S. Thompson
The Oak Log yearbook staff this year has already sold 103 copies of the 700 available to us! Remember, if you want a yearbook this year, you must purchase one early. Forms are available online at balfour.com, through the weekly INews, and outside CS328. The lowest price of the season is NOW, so buy one early, and don’t miss out! (8/6-8/7) – R. Byrd
