Summer School registration packets are now available. Students, you can find them in the main office, student services or in the Counseling office.
Students, all rented calculators will be collected this week in your math class. Seniors on Monday May 21st, Underclassmen on Tuesday May 22nd and Wednesday May 23rd Fee for Lost or damaged calculators is $125.00. (5/21-5/23) – J. Zimprich
There will be a meeting for students and their parents/guardians who are taking ROTC

Are you looking for leadership opportunities? Come be a part of our concessions team for football and basketball games for next school year. You can earn money for your club and student council. In addition you will be gaining work experience while having fun. If you are interested, pick up an application from Sra. Gilliland in Room CS303 or Sra. Mas-Effler in Room CS312. Go wildcats!!! Do you need community service hours? Volunteers are needed to pass out voter registration fliers in the west end of Oak Ridge during the weekend of May 26-27. This will last for one to two hours. Regardless of your political affiliations, you can earn community service hours by encouraging others to register to vote. If interested, contact Ann Mostoller at amostoller@msw-law.com. C&IS Camp! The University of Alabama is offering a 4 night, 5 day camp from July 10th-14th for students interested in Broadcasting, Media Production, Journalism, Social Media, Writing, Videography, Promotion, Public Speaking and Graphic Design. Peg Marrs Memorial Scholarship – This scholarship is given in the memory of Peg Marrs, a former ORHS mathematics chair, who loved mathematics and encouraged her students to excel in the subject. The endowment is $400 and intended for students who will be in a math-related major. If you are interested in applying, applications may be found in Ms. Mullins room (CS231). CLUB & ORGANIZATION INFO
International Relations Club is back!!! We will be selecting officers on Wednesday, May 23rd at 2:00 in the Combined Studies Room. If you are interested in International politics, policy decisions on the environment, national defense, and other global issues, we want you to join us. ATTENTION ALL SENIORS: Senior Movie night will be held on May 24 at 9 pm. Come sit with your classmates and friends as we watch Grown Ups on the soccer field. Candy and drinks will be provided. Oak Ridge Boys Basketball tryouts will Be May 23-24 in Wildcat Arena from 3:30-5:00pm for any 9th, 10th, or 11th grader. You must have an updated physical on file with Terra Davenport in order to tryout. (Th,M – 5/21)

The Oak Ridge High School Cross Country 2018 informational meeting will be Tuesday May 22 at 3:15 In room LC 326 AKA the Civics Room.
