Oak Ridge High School Daily Bulletin

STUDENT INFO

The Driving Center will be offering Driver Education during Spring Intercession. Class begins March 12 and lasts four days. Driving is scheduled in addition to the classroom work. Please visit their website at thedrivingcenter.org or call 482-6700 for more information. (1/26-3/1 MW) – T. Seals

Students, in light of the recent tragedy in Florida we would like to remind you of some safety procedures we have in place at Oak Ridge High School:  students and staff should always have their badge in their possession and it should be visible.  Please do not let anyone inside our building.  If they need access to the building, the front office can allow them entrance.   (2/16-2/19) – S. Want to make the world a better place? Start by improving your academic progress with free NHS tutoring from Eli Charles and Reagan Dickens, 3:15 to 3:50 Tuesday in the Counselling Center. (2/19-2/20) – K. Senter

Students who intend to participate in the Business Academy’s Co-op and/or Virtual Enterprise programs for next year and were unable to attend last week’s meetings may attend a make-up meeting after school Wednesday, February 21, in CS347. Plan to stay 45 minutes to an hour. (2/19-2/20) – T. Ledden

NHS and Student Council students, please attend a short meeting on Monday, February 19th at 3:15 in the College and Career Room to discuss 8th grade tours for Tuesday, February 20th.  (2/15, 2/16, 2/19) – H. Foster

Officer Hamilton from the Knoxville Police Department will have a table set up during lunch today in the Food Court. He will have information regarding a Cadet Program.
