Sprit days have been decided! Monday is America Day. Tuesday is Black Out Day. Wednesday is Hat Day. Thursday is Lumberjack Day. And Friday is Wildcat Day – Show your school colors. Make sure you participate so that your class is declared the most spirited class! (9/20-9/22) – H. Haynes
Any student going to get their permit over fall break don’t forget that you will need a SF10-10 form from Attendance office. This form is required by the DMV. A request for the form can be made in the Attendance office. (/22, 9/26, 9/27) – C. Wilson
Any student who has lost an item during the first term please come down to the Attendance office and check the lost and found. After fall break all items left in lost and found will be donated. (9/22, 9/26-9/27) – C. Wilson

Tennessee Governor’s School for the ARTS – Any student interested in applying for TN Governor’s School for the ARTS needs to see Ms. Redman in the School Counseling Office by Tuesday, September 26th. (9/20-9/22) – P. Redman

CLUB & ORGANIZATION INFO
Hallo! Und Guten Tag! Do you like German? Do you want to learn more and hang out with other students interested in German? Then come to German Club also known as “Deutsche Arbeitsgemeinschaft”. Our next meeting is the upcoming Monday, September 25th in room CS 304 at 3:15. We are going to schedule and organize the upcoming Oktoberfest! Auf Wiedersehen! (9/20-9/25) – S. Nebenfuehr
Fame, glory, chocolate: these can be yours when you win the Branching Out story contest! Write a story of 1-3 pages including the words “silver,” “hurricane,” “narc,” “Toronto,” and “ice pick.” Bring your story to Ms. Sasser in CS336 by 3:10 on Thursday, September 29. The first meeting for the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica will be on Monday, September 25 at 3:15 in CS 301. Students inducted during the last three school years should attend. Compassion Club will meet at 3:15 on Monday, September 25 at 3:25 in CS 301. We will elect officers for the 2017-2018 school year and make a photo for the yearbook. Students interested in becoming members should see Mrs. Ferguson in CS 301. This club raises funds to support students living in poverty in Spanish-speaking countries and educational programs abroad.
