SENIOR INFO
The Class of 2017 Honors Night is Tuesday, May 16th at 7:00 pm in the ORHS Performing Arts Center. Those members of the Senior Class who have earned a ‘B’ average and above through the end of their Junior year should have already received an invitation in the mail. Students will receive a cord and certificate to commemorate their outstanding achievement. We hope you, your family and friends will attend this event congratulating the class of 2016 Honor Graduates for their hard work and exceptional accomplishments. Refreshments will be served after the ceremony.
Students being honored at the ceremony should be sure to stop at the sign-in table Tuesday night to complete your name card. You are not required to wear cap and gown for this occasion. Seat assignments will be posted in the auditorium lobby. (5/16) – B. Estep
All seniors that have rented a calculator from the math department should return those during your math class on Thursday, May 18. Please bring them to the math work room at the beginning of your class. Remember, all outstanding fees, calculators, etc. must be taken care of in order to graduate. (M-Th) – J. Zimprich

The “Doc Combs” Memorial Scholarship applications are ready for review. Common scholarship form must be on file in the Guidance Office. This $1,000. scholarship is awarded annually in memory of former Oak Ridge High School Band Director Mr. Doc Combs. Deadline is 5.17 (Th) – T. Seals

This Thursday, May 18th, will be the last meeting for the Anime Club for this school year. Come spend some time with friends and say goodbyes to our seniors. There may be a surprise waiting! (5/16-18) – H. Lintz
