Deadline Extended for Families to Apply for COVID-19 Food Assistance

The Tennessee Department of Human Services announced financial assistance is available for families who qualify for free or reduced school lunches, through the Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) program.

Kindergarten Registration

Packet drop- off May 11- 15 from 1-4 pm at Glenwood Elementary School 

Please bring copies of the following information when you bring your packet back on May 11-15:

  • Child’s birth certificate (8/15/2015)
  • Child’s social security card
  • Health Insurance provider
  • Proof of residence
  • Immunization records on TN state form with current physical (dated 2020)
