Last week the 4th Grade classes participated in the 4th Annual STEAM Snowman Competition.  We read The Biggest Snowman Ever by Steven Kroll, followed by a snowman building competition using STEM planning guidelines.  Certificates were awarded for class team winners, and overall grade level winners.  This week we are celebrating with a donut party (like they did in the book), and by watching Raymond Brigs’ The Snowman.  It was a great learning experience and a lot of fun!
